VL 110 Melters VL 110 melters are easy to operate and provide exceptional performance. Nordson® VL 110 melters utilize advanced technology in a system that is easy to operate, simple to maintain and flexible enough to meet a variety of adhesive application requirements. Equipped with a Vista™ TC temperature control system and available with a variable-speed AC motor, VL 110 melters are ideally suited for producing a wide range of nonwoven and disposable products. Application Versatility Key-to-Line Capability The hydraulic system employed by the VL 110 melter provides maximum application flexibility. The VL 110 melter is equipped with a 10 kilogram hopper and configured for internal circulation. It is equipped with a dual-stream gear pump. VL 110 melters are capable of delivering adhesive materials to substrates at an instantaneous output keyed to the parent machine’s line speed. The system may be controlled automatically or manually through the drive control panel. Nordson Vista TC Temperature Control System Features Nordson Vista TC temperature controls increase productivity through precise temperature control for improved accuracy and stability and automation of functions like start-up and shutdown. In addition, Vista controls provide remote monitoring capability and self-diagnostics to quickly locate fault conditions and facilitate repair or replacement. Most system settings can be customized and password protected to minimize unauthorized access.
