Equipped with a Vista™ TC temperature control system and available with a variable-speed AC motor, VL 110 melters are ideally suited for producing a wide range of nonwoven and disposable products. Application Versatility Key-to-Line Capability The hydraulic system employed by the VL 110 melter provides maximum application flexibility. The VL 110 melter is equipped with a 10 kilogram hopper and configured for internal circulation. It is equipped with a dual-stream gear pump. VL 110 melters are capable of delivering adhesive materials to substrates at an instantaneous output keyed to the parent machine’s line speed. The system may be controlled automatically or manually through the drive control panel.
