SureMix™ 2K Dispensing System Combining gear-metering technology with compact size for precision and control in dispensing two-component materials Features and Benefits Compact, flexible design allows system to be positioned close to dispense point for superior material control and better response time compared to pressure-fed systems. Allows for easy installation into existing production cells. SureMix™ 2K System controls ensure excellent ratio control and adjustability for bonding and sealing operations using two-component materials. Dispense control accuracy of + or - 5 percent. Precise dispensing results in accurate bead profiles, shot weights and material savings. Multiple temperature and mounting configurations provide application versatility for a wide variety of ambient and temperature-conditioned applications and a wide range of flow rates. Proportional output is synchronized with a control signal to match robot or line speeds. With the SureMix™ module, you’ll achieve precision bead profiles, precise shot weights, and material savings. Precise Metering Positive-displacement, spur gear pumps are linked to an encoder feedback servo drive within the SureMix™ module. This control method provides precise volumetric output. Spur gear design eliminates side loads, which can lead to premature wear. Analog input allows synchronization with automation speed when the dispense valve is mounted on a robot, or line speed when the valve is used in a stationary position. Synchronization allows material flow to remain proportionate to speed, assuring uniform material deposition.
