AG-900 Modular Dispensing Gun ® Accurately dispense a broad range of adhesive and sealant materials with viscosities up to 1,000,000 centipoise. The Nordson AG-900 modular dispensing gun is designed for automated application of solid and foamed high-performance materials such as silicones, plastisols, urethanes, epoxies, butyls and hot melts. The gun is compatible with most Nordson automated dispensing equipment. The modular design of the AG-900 dispensing gun allows it to be assembled differently for various gasketing, sealing and bonding applications. The gun module can be used independently or with any combination of regulators, actuators and hose interfaces. The zerocavity feature of the dispensing head describes zero space downstream to the cut off where the nozzle and needle are joined. The zero cavity design provides accurate material flow and assures positive shut-off, helping to eliminate gun clogs and dripping. Single/Dual-Position Actuator The AG-900 gun is available with a single-or dual-position actuator. The dual actuator uses pneumatic logic to automatically switch between two adjustable needle positions for dispensing two different material outputs.
