NEW PRODUCT BULLETIN Filter-Regulator-Manifold Assembly Kit Complete air supply package simplifies adhesive melter and pneumatic gun installation and setup The Nordson® Filter-Regulator-Manifold (FRM) assembly kit contains all of the parts required to supply the correct volumes of factory air to Nordson piston pump adhesive melters and pneumatic dispensing guns. Quick-disconnect fittings with Teflon®coated threads reduce system installation and service time, and provide system flexibility. Extra plugs are included for unused manifold ports. Melter and gun performance are optimized by accurate airflow rate, leading to improved product quality and reduced product rejects. The preassembled FRM assembly includes a 40 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm) or 120 scfm regulator, triple scale gauge, filter assembly with drain, 4 – 1/8 npt plugs, a 16 output manifold (8 – 1/8 hpt and 8 – 1/8 bsp), 8 – 1/8 bsp plugs and 4 – 1/8 npt x 3/8 in tube straight fittings with quick-disconnect plugs. Once installed, the kit lends itself to a clean, organized system appearance. The complete FRM kit includes one FRM assembly, 50 feet of 3/8 in diameter tubing, 4 – 1/4 npt x 3/8 tube straight fittings and 4 – 1/4 npt x 3/8 tube 90-degree fittings. The contents of this kit allow installation of up to four solenoids. Additional fittings can be supplied if more than four solenoids are needed.
