Nordock guarantees the INDUSTRIAL™ Series docklevelers for one year from the date of receipt, with repair, replacement, or refund options. The front and rear hinge assemblies have a 20-year warranty under specified guidelines. All docklevelers exceed ANSI MH14.1 1984-87 requirements and come with a 10-year structural warranty.

Capacity ranges from 20,000 to 50,000 lbs in 5,000 lb increments.

The INDUSTRIAL™ Series mechanical docklevelers are designed for strength, ease of use, and reliability. They feature an exclusive lip lug and header plate design, easy release holdown, and full yielding walkout lip extension. Available in various sizes and capacities, they include features like working range side guards and retractable deck stop legs.

The platform is a unitized welded structure with continuous welds for maximum strength. It includes a standard center deck beam, welded side guards, and a continuous rear hinge for side-to-side tilt. The frame has seven solid steel rear supports and an open design for pit cleaning.

The operator releases the holdown to raise the deck, then walks the platform down to extend the lip onto the truck bed. The deck floats with the truck during loading, and the standard 16" lip engages a truck bed 12" above and below floor level.
