The DUAL–DUTY™ Series hydraulic docklevelers are designed for simplicity, strength, convenience, and reliability. They utilize a single hydraulic cylinder to lift the deck and extend the lip with a button push. Available in capacities from 25,000 to 50,000 lbs, they come in standard sizes ranging from 6x6 feet to 7x10 feet.

The platform is a unitized welded structure with continuous welds for maximum strength. It includes a standard center deck reinforcement beam and welded side guards for additional support. The continuous rear hinge allows for 4 degrees of side-to-side tilt without pinch points.

The power unit is a frame-mounted integral assembly, fully tested and oil-filled. The motor is a totally enclosed non-ventilated type, available in all voltages. The control box is a NEMA 4 watertight enclosure with a motor starter, thermal overload, and single push button. The hydraulic cylinder features a polished chrome rod, guide bearing, and high-pressure seals.

The operator presses the control button to raise the deck and fully extend the lip. Releasing the button allows the lip to lower onto the truck bed. The leveler is stored by pressing the control button until the lip fully retracts.

Nordock guarantees the DUAL–DUTY™ Series docklevelers for one year from the date of receipt. The front and rear hinge assemblies are guaranteed for twenty years under specified guidelines.

Models are available in various widths and lengths, with capacities ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 lbs. All Nordock docklevelers exceed ANSI MH14.1 1984-87 requirements.
