Overview
The Z3800 chain scraper is designed for efficient and reliable operation in sludge scraping applications. It utilizes high-quality materials, including modern structural plastics and stainless or acid-proof steel, tailored to meet specific application requirements.

Collector & Drive Chain
The collector and drive chains are constructed from glass-filled nylon, known for its durability, non-corrosiveness, and ease of assembly. These chains are designed to withstand high wear and provide long-lasting performance.

Flights
The flights are C channel-shaped and made from fiberglass reinforced isophthalic polyester resin, specifically for sludge collection. They are securely attached to the collector chain with flight attachment links and supported by non-metallic filler blocks. Aluminium flights are also available as an option.

Wear Shoes
Each flight is equipped with UHMW material wear shoes, which run on floor strips and angle tracks. These shoes are reversible, offering two usable wearing surfaces for extended life.

Shafts
The system includes driving head shafts and idle shafts made from stainless or acid-proof steel. The head shaft rotates in bearings mounted to the tank walls.

Sprockets
Sprockets are made from modern structural plastics. The drive chain driver sprocket and idle shaft sprockets are solid plastic wheels. Head shaft sprockets are sectioned and mounted to a steel flange for easy assembly, and all collector chain wheels feature a chain saver rim.
