Design and Functionality
The scraper operates on a forward and return movement principle, with hydrodynamically designed sections that transport sediment towards the sludge pit. The return movement is twice as fast as the forward movement, ensuring continuous sludge transport. The concave shape of the sections, developed through extensive testing, optimizes performance across various sludge types and speeds.

Adaptability and Installation
The Z2000 is adaptable for use in existing tanks, regardless of bottom level variations or tank width changes. It can be installed in rectangular tanks, under lamella packages, or in flotation plants. The scraper is easy to install and maintain, requiring minimal personnel and time.
