Product catalog summary
Overview: The RTB231 and RTB232 are one or two-channel 2-wire transmitters designed for RTD sensors such as Pt100, Ni100, and Cu10. They provide a 4-20 mA output and feature a freely scalable measuring range with a two-point calibration option. These transmitters are suitable for a wide range of industrial environments due to their operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C and excellent stability.
Specifications: The transmitters offer high accuracy (<0.05% from reading +0.1°C) and stability, with a 24-bit input and 16-bit output resolution. They are CE-approved and have been tested for EMC immunity and emissions according to EN61326 standards. The power supply range is 6.5 to 30 VDC, and the devices support 2-, 3-, or 4-wire connections.
Configuration and Programming: Configuration is facilitated by the MekuWin software, which is compatible with all Nokeval intelligent instruments. The HTB-Prog programmer connects via USB to configure the transmitters. The software and programmer allow for easy adjustments to the measuring range and settings.
Performance: The transmitters have a fast update speed of 2.5 measures per second and a startup time of 1.5 seconds to fully stabilize. They are designed to be immune to various distortions, ensuring reliable performance in diverse industrial settings.
Ordering Information: The transmitters are available in one-channel (RTB231) and two-channel (RTB232) models, with options for different RTD sensor types and connection configurations. They are delivered according to the ordered measuring range, with additional settings configurable via the MekuWin software.

Channels are completely isolated from each other. Transmitters have exceptionally good input and output resolution, 24 bit input and 16 bit output. Excellent stability guarantees long term accuracy. If needed, the transmitter can be calibrated in one or two points together with sensors. The wide operational temperature range -40..+85°C makes it possible to use almost in any industrial enviroment. Transmitter has been fully tested in our EMC-laboratory in Nokia to be as immune as possible to different type of distortions. The transmitter exceeds the required standards and is CE-approved. Transmitters can be configurated using multi purpose configuration software MekuWin (free). MekuWin is compatible with all Nokeval’s intelligent instruments. Transmitters are delivered according to ordered measuring range. RTD sensors 3 or 4 wire connections Configurating is made using USB-port connected HTP-Prog programmer that is connected to transmitters output connectors. HTB-Prog programmer can program also headmounting transmitter HTB230. Transmitters delivered with ordered measuring range or settings can be done later using easy and versatile programming software MekuWin.
