Blade Removal and Insertion Procedures
To remove the blade, first remove the cap from the rear of the tool, insert it into the round hole, turn 90°, and pull the blade out. To insert a blade, place it into the groove and secure it by lightly tapping the handle against a solid surface.

CERA-CUT Handle CR2100
This unique plastic handle holds the blade with a self-gripping taper and includes storage space for spare blades. It measures 135mm in length.

Blade Specifications

Convexed CR2200: Ideal for surface cleaning and parting line deflashing. Ceramic material with 1250HV hardness, 90° angle, weight 9 grams.
Concaved CR2500: Suitable for curved edges and small ridges. Ceramic material with 1250HV hardness, 90° angle, weight 9 grams.

Concaved CERA-CUT CR2300: Suitable for all plastic materials and soft metals, ideal for curved edges and small ridges. Includes a 15mm concaved radius blade.
Convexed CERA-CUT CR2000: Suitable for all plastic materials and soft metals, ideal for surface scraping and parting line deflashing. Includes a 250mm convexed radius blade.

CERAMIC DOUBLE BURR DB5000
Ideal for deburring both sides of a workpiece simultaneously, with a range of 1-11 mm. Includes a V-shaped ceramic blade mounted in an ergonomically designed handle with a safety guard.

CERA-CUT CR1100
Designed for deburring plastics and other soft materials, featuring an extremely long life. It is a disposable tool with a 250mm convexed radius ceramic blade and a soft grip handle.
