Cobra cooling system

Product catalog summary
Overview: The COBRA drop ejector is a sophisticated device designed to accurately dispense small quantities of liquid onto specific targets. It operates using an air-actuated piston that propels drops through a flexible hose. The system allows for both automatic and manual timing of drop shots, with adjustable liquid quantities via a tuning screw.
Specifications: The COBRA operates with clean air at a pressure range of 3-9 bar and can handle most liquids and solvents with viscosities up to 250 cst.
Operating Instructions: The fluid can be supplied by attaching a bowl (CB0146) directly to the unit or using a large container (CB0147) connected via a 4 mm hose. The pneumatic circuit setup can follow one of three configurations: (a) for single drops, (b) for finely dispersed droplets, or (c) for independent drop and air jet supply. Adjustments can be made to the drop size and air flow using the control nut "S" and nozzle nut "T" respectively.
Setup Options and Accessories: The COBRA system includes various setup options and accessories such as auxiliary air inlets, containers, holding systems, pressure regulators, and actuating valves. Specific order numbers are provided for each component, facilitating easy procurement and assembly.
Spare Parts: A list of spare parts is provided, including banjo screws, washers, and nozzle nuts, each with specific order numbers for replacement purposes.

Cobra cooling system-1

a. Setup for single drops using mechanical valve orautomatic pulse generator OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The fluid can supplied either by fitting the bowl (CB0146)directly onto the unit, or by using the large container (CB0147) and connecting it to the unit by 4 mm hose. Set up the pneumatic circuit as shown in one of the drawings (a) or (b) or (c). All connections are to be made with 4 mm hose. Open drop size control nut "S" to maximum drop size. Start pulsing the unit by pressing the actuating valve many times, or operate the automatic pulse generator, until drops emerge. Adjust the drop size to your needs. If you have set up the circuit according to drawing (b) or (c), adjust the air flow with the nozzle nut "T". b. Setup for finely dispersed droplets > S T The COBRA drop ejector is designed to accuratelyshoot small quantities of liquid to distinct targets. An air actuated piston shoots the drops through a flexible hose onto the traget. The drop shots can be automatically timed or manually determined by the user, the amount of liquid in each shot can also be adjusted by a tuning screw at the back of the COBRA all according to the users needs. The COBRA is operated by clean air, pressure 3-9 bar. Most liquids and solvents up to 250 cst viscosity can be applied. c. Setup to supply drops and air jet independently > Air Air Air Order no.
