General Specifications
The GP01 Series Ultra-Miniature Right Angle SMT Pushbuttons are designed for high-density mounting. They have an electrical capacity of 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, with a contact resistance of 80 milliohms maximum and insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum at 500V DC. The dielectric strength is 500V AC for at least one minute, and both mechanical and electrical life are rated at 40,000 operations minimum. The total travel distance is 0.043 inches (1.1mm).

Materials & Finishes
The actuator/plunger, case, and base are made from glass fiber reinforced polyamide, while the moveable contacts are beryllium copper. Terminals are brass with gold plating.

Environmental Data
The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F).

Processing
Manual soldering is allowed at a maximum of 390°C for 4 seconds, while reflow soldering requires a preheat temperature of 180°C to 200°C for 120 seconds, heating at 230°C for 60 seconds, and a peak surface temperature of 250°C. These devices are not process sealed and should be cleaned with an alcohol-based solution.
