Product catalog summary
Nivell DK Heavy Duty Anchor
This section emphasizes the importance of considering all loads, including proportional machine load, dynamic loads, variable loads, and pre-stressing of the Wellenstein screw, when adhering to the maximum adjustment load. The document provides specific adjustment loads for different DK models: DK-4 (40t), DK-3 (25t), and DK-2 (15t). Technical data for each model, such as maximum adjustment load, fine adjustment range, torque requirements, and weight, are detailed.

Preparation Work
Instructions include creating a base with recesses and allowing it to dry for at least one month to minimize shrinkage. The base must be clean and free from dust and oil. Anchor holes should be thoroughly cleaned and dampened before grouting. The underside of the machine should also be cleaned, and the grouting frame prepared.

DK Heavy Duty Anchor Default Settings
The anchor should be set to the central or lowest position if using D-4 spacer washers. The Wellenstein expansion bolts should be adjusted to the height of the machine flange. The document provides detailed instructions on setting the height using various components like the DK levelling wedge, centring bush, and compression fitting.

Tools Required
A list of necessary tools includes specific wrenches for different DK models and sizes, a hexagonal wrench for the adjusting ring, centring bush, DK auxiliary wedges, wooden blocks, and D-4 spacer washers.

Grouting Material
Grout or cement should be prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions, noting that grout has a short setting time of approximately three days.

Machine Assembly
The process involves lifting the machine, positioning it over the intended location, and assembling the DK heavy duty anchor with the Wellenstein screw. The machine is then supported on auxiliary wedges or blocks and adjusted horizontally and vertically. Grouting is performed, ensuring the grout does not exceed the anchor base plate level. After setting, auxiliary supports are removed, and final levelling adjustments are made.

Furthermore it should be noted that during the levelling process more weight is normally placed on a point than the proportional...

2. PREPARATION WORK In one work step, create a base with recesses. Allow the base to dry out for as long as possible. To minimise shrinkage, you should wait for at least one month before setting the machine up on the base. DIN 1045 provides information on the strength of the concrete. The base should be free from dust and oil. Clean the anchor holes thoroughly. Remove the remaining formwork and other disposable materials. Before pouring in the grout, dampen the anchor holes thoroughly or keep them damp. Clean the underside of the machine. Prepare the grouting frame (Fig.3, pos.7). 3. DK HEAVY...
