Design and Compatibility

• Fluid flow direction must be from socket to plug.
• Not suitable for vacuum applications in connected or disconnected states.
• Sockets and plugs for models 10 (1/8"), 17 (1/4"), 20 (1/4"), 30 (3/8"), and 40 (1/2") are mutually connectable.
• Sockets and plugs for models 400 (1/2"), 600 (3/4"), and 800 (1") are mutually connectable but cannot be connected across the two groups.
• Interchangeable with all other Hi Cupla Series products.

Flow rates for air and water are provided for different coupling sizes, with pressure ratings and resistance values detailed in MPa and kgf/cm². For example, steel couplings have a working pressure of 1.5 MPa and pressure resistance of 2.0 MPa, while brass couplings have slightly lower pressure resistance.
