Materials and Compliance

• Main body made of Polyacetal resin (POM), lightweight and small-sized.
• Seal material is Nitrile Rubber (NBR), suitable for working pressures up to 1.0 MPa (10 bar) and temperatures up to 60°C.
• Silicone type grease (NSF H1, NSF 61 registered) applied to sealing surfaces.
• Materials conform to Japan's Food Sanitation Act and have passed relevant material and elution tests, making them suitable for applications requiring sanitation control after evaluation.

• Working pressure: Up to 1.0 MPa (10 bar, 145 PSI).
• Working temperature range: -10°C to 60°C.
• Vacuum suitability: 53.0 kPa (400 mmHg).
• Maximum tightening torque varies by model, typically 5 to 16.6 N•m depending on size and type.
• Dimensions provided for each model include length (L), width across flats (WAF), diameter of mounting holes (J), and other critical measurements for installation.

Operational Features

• Push-to-connect operation with easy disconnection via push buttons.
• Two-way shut-off valves in sockets and one-way shut-off valves in plugs, depending on model.
• Fluid flow is bi-directional when socket and plug are connected.
• Valveless (-VL) versions available but cannot be connected with built-in valve sockets.
• Color coding (Blue, Yellow, Pink, Green, Ivory) helps prevent piping mistakes and allows easy identification after connection.
