BSTFLEX Braided Carbon Fiber Sleeve - 1

Ningguo BST Thermal Products Co.,Ltd Braided Carbon Fiber Sleeve Braided Carbon Fiber Sleeve can be slid over a release coated tube or mandrel and used to create very strong and cosmetically attractive tubes and sections. Braided Carbon Fiber Sleeve can be expanded or contracted to accommodate a range of diameters. Each sleeve can be expanded by up to 30% and contracted by up to 70% of the stated diameter. Braided sleeves are extremely resistant to cracks between layers, reducing the possibility of delaminating and increasing the strength of the product. When inflated, braided reinforcement works much like a shark's body, orienting itself to the direction of force. This actually strengthens its outer skin, enabling it to withstand pressure and carry load, and to tolerate damage and fatigue. If a puncture does occur, the sleeve provides a slow, controlled failure, rather than a more damaging and potentially dangerous blowup. Carbon fiber is a material consisting of very thin fibers of 0.005–0.010 mm . The density of carbon fiber is also considerably lower than the density of steel, making it ideal for applications requiring low weight. Braided Carbon Fiber Sleeve General Characteristics: extremely light and still very stable constructible properties (formability and / or thermoformable) anisotropic structures possible corrosion Light weight yet rigid high strength and high tensile strength, elasticity modulus properties low weight fatigue strength wear-resistant conductivity and thermal stability low thermal expansion vibration damping electrical conductivity electromagnetic protection X-Ray transmission (radiolucent)
