  • Heat Shrink-ability: The product has a thermal shrinkage ratio of 2:1, with a wall thickness of approximately 1.0 mm after full shrinkage. Longitudinal change after contraction is between -10% to -20%.
Temperature Ratings
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40℃ to 125℃ for 3000 hours.
  • Service Temperature Range: -40℃ to 150℃ for 1000 hours.
  • Minimum Shrinkage Temperature: 110℃.
  • Recommended Shrinkage Temperature: 120℃ to 150℃.
  • Maximum Storage Temperature: 50℃.

Performance
  • Wear Resistance: Tested under a 200g load with a 0.3mm metal knife edge at 10Hz for 10 minutes, resulting in 144,000 cycles without wear at temperatures of 23℃, 80℃, and 125℃.
  • Thermal Aging Property: Maintains wear resistance after 168 hours at 125℃ and 24 hours at 150℃.
  • Flame Retardancy: Meets MVSS 302 standards, uncracked.
  • Low Temperature Flexibility: Uncracked after 4 hours at -40℃.
  • Solvent Resistance: Resistant to antifreeze, engine oil, mineral hydraulic fluid, detergent, brake oil, unleaded gasoline, and diesel oil after soaking at 23℃ for 24 hours.
