This document details various types of locks and related accessories including handle locks, cylinder locks, electronic locks, rod control locks, panel locks, toggle and hook handles, door stops, hinges, seal gaskets, and swing handles.

Product Specifications

MS816-3S-1

• Main Material and Finish: Black painted Zinc Die Cast (ZDC) housing, insert, and handle; white zinc-plated steel cam; PA waterproof cap.
• Application: Cam quarter-turn mechanism for opening or closing with locking function.

MS817

• Main Material and Finish: Black powder-coated ZDC housing and insert; white zinc-plated steel cam.
• Application: Cam quarter-turn to open or close with locking function.
• Remarks: Optional key K15 available.
• Default Cam Types: S1K45N07016 (Unadjustable), S1M33Y00002 (Adjustable Ts=4).
• ERP excludes cam.

Handle and Insert Specifications

Handles come with various shaft types and cutouts including 6mm square, 7mm square, 8mm square, 9mm square, 7mm triangle, 8mm triangle, 8mm socket hexagon, 10mm hexagon, slot, and abnormal shapes.

Two main types of inserts are available: non-adjustable and adjustable, with optional keys.

ERP and Optional Keys

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) codes are provided for different handle and insert combinations. Optional keys include models such as K15-05A, K370, K15-03A/F, K15-01A, K15-09A/F, K15-04B/F, K15-06A/F, and K310.

ERP excludes cams, which have a specific cutout dimension of 6x4.7 mm.

Mechanical Details

• Handle rotation: 210 degrees.
• Rotation angles and directions include upwards and downwards bends.
• Components include anti-loose teeth washers, M6 nuts, serrated washers, shafts, and inserts.
