Vakumat V6 - V10 For filling of packs with liquid and paste products for vacuum filling without overflow. • „No pack - no fill11 • Liquid storage tank, about 60 l capacity • Vacuum tank, about 200 l capacity • Electrical height adjustment • Continuous inlet / outlet conveyor • Jog switch for setting up the machine The machine is suitable for filling temperatures of up to about 80°C. The packs are fed to the inlet conveyor of the line. This inlet conveyor will thin the packs and transfer them to the filler station. When the packs have been positioned, the filler valve is lowered, completely sealing the neck of the pack. During rotation vacuum is generated and following this a liquid (brine) is released. The brine in the container is now at its maximum level and the correct headspace is also created during rotation. * 720 ml each, depending on the product, pack size and other technical data
