The honeycomb panels are available in two grades: nidaplast 8RI for infusion and nidaplast 8R for RTM. They come in sizes of 2500 x 1220 mm (7x4 ft) with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 90 mm. The core is made of polypropylene honeycomb with a density of 65 kg/m³, and the non-woven layer is 45 g/m² polyester. The plastic film thickness is 200 µm for nidaplast 8RI and 300 µm for nidaplast 8R.
