Check whether the instrument is damaged during transportation. If any severe damage to the package, please contact our authorized distributor or NGI. 2. Check accessories. 3. Check the whole instrument. Local sampling is defaulted, if disconnecting the shorting cap and then connecting the terminals (S+ and S-) , the remote sense is defaulted. ELECTRONIC SOLUTION PROVIDER FOR INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING 3.3.2 Remote Sense Remote sense is also four-wire sense. When N61100 is working, it will cause a voltage drop in the leads between the DUT and terminals of N61100, which will affect the voltage measurement accuracy. When N61100 is working under CV, CR and CP mode, it is recommended to use remote sense to ensure the accuracy. During remote sensing, terminals S+ and S- are directly connected to the output of the DUT. Remote Sense note The shorting cap must be disconnected before remote sense.

ELECTRONIC SOLUTION PROVIDER FOR INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING In any case the positive and negative output wires of the DUT can only be connected to the positive and negative terminals of N61100. The sampling ports V+ and V- cannot be connected to any wiring, otherwise the N61100 will be permanently damaged.
