Belt Specifications
Belt Surface: Open Mesh with a 26% open area and the largest opening measuring 3 x 6mm. It is the strongest belt in the 25 series, ideal for medium weight transportation. Available materials include Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), and Polyacetal (POM). Color options are natural, white, grey, and blue. Accessories available are 25 and 50 mm flights and side guards. The belt is suitable for transporting small products.
Sprocket DataThe sprocket data includes outside diameter (A), pitch diameter (B), and inside diameter (C) for different numbers of teeth (Z):
- 6 teeth: A=54mm, B=45mm, C=36mm
- 8 teeth: A=70mm, B=61mm, C=52mm
- 12 teeth: A=104mm, B=95mm, C=86mm
- 20 teeth: A=169mm, B=160mm, C=151mm
