General Specifications
The NI100 series data loggers are available in three models: NI101 with 4 thermocouple input channels, NI102 with 4 single-ended voltage input channels and 2 thermocouple input channels, and NI103 which is expandable through external modules. They support thermocouple types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, and N, and feature cold junction compensation. Connectivity options include Ethernet, RS485, RS232, and USB Host, with GPRS modem availability. Alerts can be sent via SMS and email, and a web server is embedded.

Physical Characteristics
The device weighs 590 g and measures 231 x 138 x 75 mm. It is made of plastic and uses removable screw terminal connectors for wiring.

CPU and Memory
Equipped with an ARM Cortex-M3 MCU, the data logger has 1MB Flash, a 120MHz CPU, and 1Mbyte RAM. It includes a 2GB SD card for data storage.

Internal Analog Input
Models NI101 and NI102 have internal analog inputs with two configurations: 4 thermocouples or 2 thermocouples and 4 analog inputs (0-30V). They use 16-bit ADCs with a sampling rate of 8SPS to 869SPS.

RS485 Communication
The device supports up to 254 Modbus RS485 digital bus sensors with opto-isolated connections.
