AUTOTACT SYSTEMS The AUTOTACT control system is an electronic module integrated on the NEW-MAT grippers, making it possible to inform the user or the PLC of the various states of the gripper. This system is equivalent to several sensors and brings simplicity, flexibility and safety ; this with only one standard cable. Several models are proposedand all of these models can answer to any specific problem Advantages : The information of 'part present' is given automatically without having to adjust the position of a sensor.. The control of 'part present' is made independently of dimensions of the tightening part or fingers, except for the models with data storage where a simple and fast training is needed to memorize the positions of the fingers. Safety of transfer : the information of 'part present' is validated only with pressure of safety to the force of tightening agreed upon, and not by simple positional checking. Excludes the need of additional elements, such as electronic pendant , PLC etc... and can be used by any operator on site.. Function whatever the visibility (presence of watering, smoke, darkness, etc...)Integrated on a face of the gripper, its low thickness avoids the risks of fixings of the reported sensors.. MODULES

MODULES AUTOTACT “AT” Type The Autotact "AT " is the standard version of a control system integrated into the NEW-MAT grippers. It is equipped with a PURE cable of 2 meters length with 5 wire (2 wire for power supply + 3 wire for the informations). With this version, it possible for the user to connect directly the AUTOTACT "AT" module on a control unit (PLC, industrial PC, etc...). AUTOTACT "AT" makes it possible to have 3 direct information : Jaws open Jaws closed (No part between the jaws). Effective gripping of a part with perssure of safety.
