Electronic Adhesion Tester KN-10 your quality control instruments provider Application Equipment developed to measure the adhesion of paint films, coatings and building materials on top of any substrate. EN 24624, ISO 4624-78, ASTM D 4541-95 for paint films and EN 1015-12 for coatings and mortars under construction. Main features Accurate electronic instrument, with a digital display for adhesion tests of paint films, galvanic layers and construction materials, using holders of 20 mm and 50 mm diameter respectively. The test is performed in the following way: A holder is adhered to the surface that is going to be tested, making a cut in the film around it to isolate it. The instrument is placed on the surface and by turning the wheel, a higher starting force is exercised progressively. At the moment of detachment, the electronic display shows the force exercised. Scale: 5-1000 Kgf (from 0.05 to 10.00 KN) Resolution: 1 Kgf It is available in two versions: - 0302600 Standard Electronic Adhesion Tester that fulfills a series of norms in paint tests as well as in the construction set option according to UNE EN 1015-12. - 0302700 Electronic/Construction Adhesion Tester in compliance with UNE EN 1015-12, includes the option of incorporating the paint set.
