Applications
The NEUE HERBOLD LM range of granulators is designed for reducing the size of voluminous, medium, and thin-walled plastic waste materials. Typical applications include films, hollow containers like drums and bottles, thin-walled pipes and profiles, car bumpers, injection-molded parts, sprues, and thermoforming skeletal waste.

Design
The granulators feature a 'double cross cutting action' with oppositely inclined rotor and stator blades, ensuring a precise cutting gap over the entire blade length. This design results in lower power consumption, reduced noise, and fewer fines. Blades are pre-adjusted outside the machine using a supplied setting jig, and bearings are mounted outside the granulator chamber to prevent grease, heat, or fines ingress.

Rotor/Stator Knife Adjustment
