NVSBAG DUMPING STATION This equipment is specially designed for bag unloading in a clean and safe environment. It is particularly dedicated to food and pharmaceutical industries Ergonomic Design: - Large shelf (1 m), - Available height for discharging (850 mm), - Optimum suction speed of fine dust, - Easy access of the filter for maintenance operations. Hygienic Design: - No product retaining, - Complete viewof the inside unit, - Choice of the cleaning elements, - Safety grid (wire 20x20), - Stainless Steel 304 construction. Compact equipment, Clean and safe working environment for the operator, Minimum dust generation and minimum dust release to atmosphere, Easy maintenance of filter elements, Up to 120 bags per hour. The operator puts the bag on the shelf and cuts it. Then he feeds the coupling hopper with the product through the safety grid. The unit is equipped with an automatic air pulse deduster (starting at the door opening). It will catch the dust generated during bag unloading. Closing of the access door after the unloading sequence guarantees the process against any crosscontamination risk.
