Overview: The OILPACK® Oil Mist Filtration system is designed to ensure clean air at the operator's workplace, reduce fire risks, prevent operator falls due to slippery surfaces, and release clean air into the atmosphere.

Operating Principle: The system directs air downwards using an inlet deflector, then upwards through a 1 or 2 stage metalknit mesh filter where oil mist particles agglomerate. A drain valve at the hopper's base allows for oil recovery, and clean air is discharged from the top.

Characteristics:

Easy filter access via an access door.
Manometer for monitoring pressure drop levels.
Optional automatic washing system for the first stage.
Optional third stage of filtration.
