Oilpack is a series of highly efficient oil mist and fume collectors designed primarily for the metallurgy industry. These units are used to collect fumes from lubrication stations and are characterized by their compact, modular, and Plug & Play design.
- Mechanical pre-separation for filter protection.
- Display of pressure drops and filter faults for safe operation.
- New clamping system and openings for ease of use.
- Optimum filtration achieved through high-efficiency filters.
- Oilpack 250: Nominal flow rate of 2500 m3/h, 1 module, dimensions: 656 mm width, 656 mm depth, 1556 mm height without fan, 2056 mm with fan, 2505 mm with fan + H14, weight: 140 kg without fan, 196 kg with fan, 250 kg with fan + H14.
- Oilpack 500: Nominal flow rate of 5000 m3/h, 2 modules, dimensions: 1308 mm width, 1900 mm depth, 2400 mm height without fan, 2845 mm with fan, weight: 280 kg without fan, 388 kg with fan, 500 kg with fan + H14.
- Oilpack 750: Nominal flow rate of 7500 m3/h, 3 modules, dimensions: 1960 mm width, weight: 420 kg without fan, 588 kg with fan, 750 kg with fan + H14.
Note: Models 500 & 750 will be available in the second semester of 2024.
