AIRLOCK PRESSURE CONTROLLER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE MEASUREMENTThe AIRLOCK PRESSURE CONTROLLER is a differential pressure measurement device. • The measurement is read from a three-digit LED-type display. • The pressure is compared to an alarm threshold value. If the pressure is below the threshold value, the alarm is triggered. The alarm status is indicated by LEDs on the front panel and transmitted by a relay. • The casing is equipped with a siren/strobe light which is activated when the alarm is triggered. • The alarm threshold value can be adjusted by the user by means of the buttons and the display on the front of the casing. • Access to the alarm threshold value is authorized following correct entry of a protection code. • This device is designed for installation in nuclear power plants. The manufacturer formally reserves the right to make any modifications it considers suitable to its models. If the measured differential pressure remains below the set alarm threshold value for more than 10 seconds, the alarm will be triggered. If the measured differential pressure then rises above the set alarm threshold value for more than 10 seconds, the alarm will be cancelled. When the alarm is not active: • The green "pressure OK" LED on the front panel is on. • The red "alarm" LED on the front panel is off. • The siren is not activated • The strobe light is not activated • A steady differential pressure measurement is displayed. The "TEST" button on the front panel is used to test the alarm. If the button is pressed: • The green "pressure OK" LED on the front panel goes off. • The red "alarm" LED on the front panel lights up. The siren is activated • The strobe light is activated • A steady differential pressure measurement is displayed.
