DUST CONTROL DUST COLLECTOR FOR OILY AND STICKY DUST Recommended for the treatment of air charged with wet, hygroscopic, sticky or explosive dust + The AQUALINE® is a wet scrubber type using water as filtration method + Filtration efficiency : more than 95 % depending on the nature of the dust. + The gas to be cleaned is admitted axially into the fan impellor where it is firstly washed through the water spray. + When passing through the fan impellor, the gas and the water mix together allowing the gas to be washed of a large part of its dust. In the casing, the gas is further washed as it passes through the multiple blade impellor. Furthermore, the dust is centrifuged against the wet wall of the separator. + The water is largely centrifuged in the fan casing and the water separator completes this process. From a ded usting point of view, it operates as a moisture separation cyclone CHARACTERISTICS + Flow rates : 2 000 to 50 000 m3/h + Power from 2,2 kW to 75 kW + Water consumption : 0,15 l/m3 of air + Possibility to recycle dirty water at the water separator outlet ADVANTAGES + To remove the risk of fire and explosion + To filter mixed pollutants: dust + water, dust + oil + Low internal pressure drop of around 40 daPa + No consumable item as on filter media dust collectors The manufacturer formally reserves the right to make any modifications it considers suitable to its models.
