Standard Test Conditions (STC): The
photovoltaic modules are tested under standard conditions of 1000 W/m
2 irradiation, an ambient temperature of 25°C, and a spectral distribution of AM 1.5.
Physical Specifications: The modules have dimensions of 1200 x 550 x 35 mm and weigh 8.0 kg. They are made of monocrystalline cells measuring 125 x 125 mm, with an aluminum frame and TPT back closing. The front is closed with 3.2 mm tempered glass. Each module contains 36 cells arranged in a 4 x 9 configuration.
Performance and Warranty: The modules have a fully positive tolerance and a guaranteed yield for 25 years. Each module undergoes an individual flash test. The workmanship and materials are warranted for 10 years, with certification in accordance with IEC 61215:2005 and EN 61730:2007. The modules maintain 80% of the minimum peak power for 25 years.
Electrical Specifications: The maximum power (Pmax) is 90 Wp with a module efficiency of 13.9%. The voltage at maximum power (Vmp) is 19.2 V, and the current at maximum power (Imp) is 4.69 A. The open circuit voltage (Voc) is 23.4 V, and the short circuit current (Isc) is 5.16 A. The temperature coefficients are specified for various parameters, including Vmp, Pmax, Imp, Voc, and Isc.
Limitations: The maximum system voltage is 1000 V DC, and the maximum physical load is 2400 Pa. The operational temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C, with a nominal operating cell temperature (NOCT) of 48°C ± 2°C.
Additional Information: The modules are equipped with MC 4 connectors and are made in the EU. The I-V characteristic of the module shows temperature dependence, with performance data provided for various temperatures.
