Unique Sealing The superior performance of Jamesbury ball valves is achieved by the unique design of the seats. The flexible lip seats exert continuous sealing pressure on the ball and automatically compensate for wear and changes in pressure and temperature, yielding positive bi-directional zero-leak shut-off.
