NEGRI FRATELLI s.r.l. Founded in 1920 as a mechanical industry, though devoted to a totally different kind of production (mainly equipment for the furniture industry), NEGRI FRATELLI started the manufacture of stainless and carbon steel ball valves with its trademark"NFG" in the early '60s. The company is located in the north-west of Italy (Grignasco, Novara), the heart of a region traditionally dedicated to the mechanical industry and boasting a specialization in valves and taps. In the course of the years, NEGRI FRATELLI has acquired a considerable experience in the most various fields (chemical and petrochemical industry, hydraulics, industrial plants) and has then specialized in the gas distribution as well as the district heating field. Besides the traditional three-pieces, enbloc and wafer valve types, the valve range is currently including the fully welded ball valve, launched in the early ‘80s further to the gas market expansion in Italy, and designed for the above applications. The line is offering a wide range of accessories, such as stem extensions for underground service, built-in vents, gear operators, PE ends, etc. The company NEGRI FRATELLI avails of highly qualified personnel and of constantly updated production plants, based on the continuous rise of the product's technological content. A special importance is attached to quality, at each stage of the manufacturing process. The company quality system was rigorously implemented in compliance with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and certified by DNV - Det Norske Veritas, the same body assessing and certifying also NFG ball valves' compliance to the 97/23/CE Directive (PED), while API (American Petroleum Institute) examined and certified their compliance to the API 6D standard. Moreover, the fully welded ball valve has been certified and/or approved by end users and other national as well as international bodies. Flexibility, dynamism and innovation are the distinctive features of this family-led company, reaching already the third generation. Thanks to these features, the company has grown further and has rapidly consolidated in the years, making a name for itself in the national as well as the international market. Nata nel 1920 come azienda meccanica ma con una tipologia produttiva completamente diversa da quella attuale (principalmente attrezzature per I’industria del mobile), la NEGRI FRATELLI produce valvole a sfera in acciaio inossidabile e al carbonio con il marchio "NFG" fin dagli anni '60. L'azienda e situata a Grignasco (Novara), al centra di una zona tradizionalmente dedita all'industria meccanica e particolarmente specializzata nel settore della rubinetteria e del valvolame. Nel corso degli anni la NEGRI FRATELLI ha acquisito una notevole esperienza nei settori piu diversi (industria chimica e petrolchimica, idraulica, impiantistica industriale) e si e quindi specializzata in particolare negli impianti per la distribuzione del gas e per il teleriscaldamento. Insieme alle tradizionali versioni di valvola (modelli monoblocco, tre pezzi e wafer), la gamma comprende attualmente la valvola a sfera totalmente saldata, introdotta all'inizio degli anni '80 a seguito dell’espansione del mercato del gas in Italia, e realizzata appositamente per le applicazioni suddette. La linea comprende un'ampia gamma di accessori, quali prolunghe per servizio interrato, sfiati pre-installati, riduttori di manovra, estremita in PE, ecc. La NEGRI FRATELLI si awale di personate altamente qualificato e di impianti produttivi costantemente aggiomati, sulla scorta delle esigenze di una produzione che eleva continuamente i suoi contenuti tecnologici. Particolare importanza e attribute alia qualita, in ogni fase del processo produttivo. II sistema di qualita aziendale e stato implementato con il massimo rigore sulla base della norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 e certificato da DNV -Det Norske Veritas. Lo stesso ente ha proweduto a verificare e certificare la conformita delle valvole NFG alia Direttiva 97/23/CE (PED), mentre I'ente americano API (American Petroleum Institute) ne ha verificato e certificato la conformita alia nomna API 6D. La valvola a sfera totalmente saldata NFG e stata infine certificate e/o omologata da aziende utilizzatrici e da altri enti nazionali e intemazionali. Flessibilita, dinamismo e capacita innovativa sono le caratteristiche distintive di questa azienda a conduzione familiare ormai giunta alia terza generazione, caratteristiche che le hanno consentito di crescere e consolidarsi nel tempo, affermandosi sia sul mercato nazionale sia a livello intemazionale.
