XM-150 Compresso

Product catalog summary
Overview
The NASH Vectra™ XM-150 is a high-performance liquid ring compressor designed for demanding process applications. It extends the capabilities of the Vectra XL series, operating at pressures up to 4 bar g (60 psig), and is suitable for applications such as vapor recovery, flare gas recovery, and handling corrosive gases.

Design Features
  • Single, conical port design for handling process upsets and reducing seal liquid requirements.
  • Between bearing rotor/shaft design for lower radial bearing loads and increased bearing life.
  • Single pressure boundary joint with no tie rods, reducing potential for seal liquid leakage.
  • Compliance with API-681 and API-682 standards, ensuring suitability for chemical and oil & gas industries.
  • Constructed from 316 stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance.
  • Horizontal, self-draining inlet and discharge nozzles to prevent flooded starts.

Performance and Reliability
The Vectra XM-150 is engineered for improved reliability, ease of assembly and disassembly, and reduced maintenance requirements. Its design enhancements contribute to longer bearing life and better handling of process upsets.
