Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps with Magnetic Drive Reliable hydraulics, proven magnetic drive The NASH 2BM1 magnetic drive pump series is based on the dependable NASH 2BE1 series; it is capable of achieving volume flow rates of 125 to 3150 m3/h and vacuum of 33 mbarabs. Non-contact torque transmission is achieved by using a permanent magnetic drive system. Safe handling of highly toxic liquids and gases The pump's inner working space is hermetically sealed from at- mospheric conditions, eliminating any possibility of leakage. This seal is essential for demanding applications, such as processes that are required to meet the most stringent standards on environmental compatibility. Thanks to the hermetically sealed working space, the pump can also work under hazardous and explosive environmental conditions; ATEX certifications Minimal wear and low maintenance NASH 2BM1 pumps are sealed purely through the use of static seals which, unlike conventional rotating seal designs, are almost wear-free. The pump's operating v. fluid ensures optimum lubrication and cooling of the friction bearings and magnetic coupling, eliminating the need for grease lubrication. In many applications, the magnetic coupling offers an economical alternative to double-acting mechanical seals.
