The N connector is mounted along the antenna axis, thus allowing for direct connection - without cable or adapters - to the 18 GHz EMI receiver model 9180 which features full CISPR 16-1-1 compliance and internal preamplifier. The group antenna-receiver can be easily installed on a tripod or mast and connected by means of fiber optic cable to the main unit model 9010 - 9010F, thus increasing sensitivity and reducing overall uncertainty (*). DR-01 can be used in conjunction with any Receiver or Spectrum Analyzer. (*)The direct connection between antenna and PMM Receiver Unit eliminates additional sources of uncertainties due to coaxial cable attenuation and scattering.
