They have good corrosion resistance to high temperature molten salt, high reliability and long service life. The service life for moderate temperature salt bath is six times longer than that of the ordinary thermocouple assemblies. This series was awarded the Second Price of Scientific and Technological Progress by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1983. Since then they have been used in many applications in • Duplex protection tube: molybdenum tube and high purity alumina tube. • The other parts such as fitting parts are made of heat-resisting alloy. • Good corrosion resistance to high temperature molten salt and thermal shock resistance. 1 .Thermocouple. 2.
