The WG311, also known as the Wiegand Sensor, is a magnetic component based on the Wiegand effect. It generates energy independently, producing a sharp voltage pulse signal without external power. The sensor comprises a specially processed alloy wire and an induction coil. The alloy wire has a double magnetic structure, with a soft magnetic core and a hard magnetic shell. When exposed to an alternating magnetic field of suitable strength, the core's magnetization direction changes, causing a sudden change in the magnetic field around the wire and generating positive and negative pulses in the induction coil. The pulse amplitude depends on the excitation field strength, not the field's changing speed, enabling 'Zero Speed' counting detection.
