Outline

The sensor outputs a low level when the 'S' pole of a magnet faces the sensor's marked surface and is close (B≥Bop). It outputs a high level when the magnet is far (B≤BRP). The 'N' pole facing the sensor results in no response. Stable hysteresis ensures consistent switch status.

The AH443 is a unipolar excitation single-ended digital output Hall IC with built-in reverse voltage protection, voltage regulators, temperature compensation, and other components to ensure stable operation across a wide voltage and temperature range.

The sensor chip has built-in reverse voltage protection, voltage regulators, temperature compensation circuit, Hall-voltage generator, signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output driver circuit unit.
