ND-SP Ultrasonic Spray Coater system ND‐SP has been designed with the objective to perform Spray Coating techniques, which require uniform and very small drop sizes. Thanks to its ultrasonic spray nozzles, the system is capable to produce drops with an average diameter of 15 micrometers and a very uniform tight drop distribution. Ultrasonic nozzle allows superior sprays and coating results as well as a reduction of the coating material, up to 80%.
