Product catalog summary
Nadella Group Overview
The Nadella Group specializes in motion technology, providing innovative and customized solutions globally. Established in France in 1930, it has expanded into Germany, Italy, China, the USA, France, and Spain. The group produces linear guide systems, bearings, and adjusting nuts and rings.
Clamping System Applications
The clamping system uses spring nuts and threaded rings for precision clamping and secure locking in applications like power transmission and high-temperature environments. It ensures efficient clamping with minimal unlocking risk, influenced by material quality and environmental conditions.
Mounting Procedures
Mounting involves using a spanner wrench or pin-key holes to position nuts and rings, secured with Hc grub screws. A torque wrench is recommended for safe clamping, allowing easy release and reusability.
Applications and Advantages
Used in automotive, aerospace, and nuclear industries, these components provide precise locking, higher unlocking torque, and time-saving assembly processes, eliminating the need for locking washers and maintaining axial precision.
Adjusting Nuts and Threaded Rings
Models like LR, LRE, LF, LFE, LRP, and LX offer strong radial clamping and high breakaway moments, suitable for precise tolerances and high rotation speeds. Specifications include high elastic limit steel and precision threading.
Overview of Nuts and Rings
The document details specifications for nuts and rings used in clamping and securing mechanical components, particularly bearings, highlighting applications, specifications, and customization options.
1. LRE Nuts
Designed for applications where strong radial clamping is not feasible, utilizing axial strength through Hc grub screws. Specifications include high elastic limit steel and 4H class precision threading.
2. LF Nuts
Used for axial locking with a single spring, suitable for precise tolerance applications. Specifications include high elastic limit steel and 4H class precision threading.
3. LFE Nuts
Recommended for securing parts in housings or deep chambers, offering increased balance and locking power. Specifications are similar to LF nuts.
4. LRP Nuts
Designed for heavy-duty clamping of ball bearings, featuring larger nuts and symmetrical clamping springs for increased torque and axial load resistance.
5. LX Rings
Suitable for securing parts inside housings, featuring axial strength through Hc grub screws and made from high elastic limit steel.
Special Applications
4.1 Special Geometries
Discusses the use of special geometries in applications, emphasizing proprietary designs requiring Nadella's approval for disclosure.
4.2 Tightening Tabs or Additional External Notches
Details the inclusion of tightening tabs or external notches, highlighting proprietary information requiring Nadella's approval for sharing.
4.3 Alternative Materials and Coatings
Lists alternative materials like Aluminum 5083 and Stainless Steel, and coatings like phosphating and galvanization, with options for larger diameters and reduced thickness.
4.4 Dimensions and Thread Pitch on Request
Specifies that dimensions and thread pitches can be customized upon request.
General Notes
Emphasizes the proprietary nature of the information, requiring Nadella's approval for disclosure. Tolerances are specified according to EN 22768-1 class m.

CLAMPING SYSTEM APPLICATIONS SPRING NUTS The new generation of spring nuts consists of six different models, each of which uses the same clamping technology with a spring. MOUNTING THE NUTS AND RINGS • The mounting occurs by driving the spring nuts and rings clockwise with standard spanner wrench (Din 1810) adapting onto the peripheral notches (b x h) of the nuts. • The mounting can also easily be achieved thanks to the pin-key holes on the front-side of the nuts with the adequate key. • Once in the correct position on the shaft/spindle the blocking can be simply secured by turning the Hc grub...
