The ST70L/100 series are 6-axis articulated vertical robots designed for space-saving installation. They feature a compact body that minimizes installation space and interference area, enabling high-density production line configurations. Despite their compact size, they offer a large operating envelope comparable to larger robots, allowing complex movements while holding various tools and workpieces.

Operating Envelope and Motion Range

The robots have a maximum operating radius interference of R425 mm. Joint motion ranges vary per axis, for example, J1 axis has ±2.62 rad, J2 axis +2.09 to -1.05 rad, and others up to ±6.28 rad. Maximum joint speeds range from 1.57 rad/s to 3.14 rad/s depending on the axis.

The end effector mounting surface has a pitch circle diameter (P.C.D.) of 125 mm with specific screw hole dimensions: 2 holes of 10H7 depth 12 mm and 6 M10 screw holes depth 15 mm. Precise mounting dimensions ensure compatibility with various tooling.
