Specifications: The chain guides are available in two materials: Original Material 'S'® and Material 'S'1000®. Both materials provide high abrasion resistance, low sliding friction, self-lubrication, high impact strength at low temperatures, chemical resistance, vibration dampening, no moisture absorption, and corrosion resistance. They are approved for direct food contact according to EU directives and FDA standards.

Product Range: Murtfeldt offers a wide range of guides for roller chains (DIN 8187) and round link chains (DIN 766 and DIN 764). The guides come in various types, such as Type T, Type CT, and Type Double-T, each with specific dimensions and properties.

Materials: Original Material 'S'® is made from ultra-macromolecular, low-pressure polyethylene, optimized over 50 years for mechanical engineering applications. Material 'S'1000® is a cost-effective alternative, made from ultra-macromolecular polyethylene mixed with ground Original Material 'S'®.

Ordering Information: Chain guides can be ordered in standard sizes or customized to specific requirements. They are available ex stock or at short notice, with tolerances conforming to DIN2768 standards.

Additional Features: Some chain guides are available with steel C-profiles, which can be galvanized or made from stainless steel (V2A). Special profiles and intermediate sizes are available upon request.
