Overview
The MUNSCH NPC 300-250-400 is a chemical centrifugal pump designed for handling acids, alkalis, and chemically contaminated fluids, with or without solids. It is suitable for industries such as chemical, metallurgical, and metal finishing, as well as for applications like steel pickling lines, flue gas cleaning, and exhaust gas scrubbing.

Construction
This is a horizontal centrifugal pump featuring a volute casing and a single-entry, single-stage radial impeller. It complies with Class II centrifugal pump standards as per EN ISO 5199.

Materials
The pump components are made from materials such as PP, PE-UHMW, and PVDF. The casing armor is EN-JS 1025, and the bearing bracket is EN-JS 1030. Seal rings are made from SSiC, with secondary seals available in FPM, EPDM, or FFPM.

Flange Connection
Standard design to DIN 2533, PN 16, with alternatives to ANSI B16.5, Class 150, or JIS B2210, Class 10K.

Mounting and Drive
All components are bolted with a metal-to-metal fit, requiring no adjustment for the mechanical seal. The pump is driven by a three-phase a.c. motor, with specifications customizable to customer requirements.

Painting
The pump features a paint system with an epoxy resin powder primer and a PU-based powder finish in pastel orange, with a total dry film thickness of 130-150 µm. Special coatings are available upon request.
