SUPPOSITORIES LINE S-MND 6000Suppositories Line Automatic sealing machine with an hourly production of 6,000 single-dose, suppositories and vaginal suppositories. Sealing is performed by impulse heating and by pressure with temperature stabilization of the sealing jaws performed by two high flow fans. The sealing temperature is adjustable. The machine automatically trims the top edge of the cells and imprints the code through a relief plate that is obtained by a coding device. It is possible to set the cutting for strips from 1 to 10 suppositories or vaginal suppositories. All operations and settings are operated by a touch screen and all functions have been planned in keeping with GMP regulations.
