R-MND 6000 Suppositories line Automatic dosing machine used to fill preformed cells for vaginal suppositories and suppositories. The machine has a dosing unit with two peristaltic pumps for filling liquids and a heated stainless steel dosage valve that is micro metrically adjustable with increments equal to 1/10 ml for the melted mass of suppositories and vaginal suppositories. The dosage range varies from 5 to 15 ml for the single-dose, from 0 to 3.5 ml and from 2 to 5.5 ml for the vaginal suppositories and suppositories, depending on which dosing unit is installed. The hourly production varies from 3,000 to 6,000 items an hour. For the vaginal suppositories and suppositories, the machine is equipped with a heated hopper with water thermostat contained in the double wall with the possibility to adjust the temperature and with a recirculation pump. There is also an impeller on the hopper that is able to maintain the melted mass in consistent and in homogeneus movement. Both the shaker speed and the temperature of the water contained in the hopper sleeve are adjustable. The reels of the empty containers-cells are positioned on a feeding disk from which they are dragged and automatically led under the dosage station. They are also automatically collected on a second disk. For the vaginal suppositories and suppositories, the disks with the filled cells can be placed, for a quick cooling, in the cooling unit (optional). After the filling the reels are placed on the S-MND 6000 sealing machine. All operations and settings are operated by a touch screen and all functions have been planned in keeping with GMP regulations. The parts coming in contact with the product can be easily inspected and dislodged, and are made of stainless steel (AISI 316 L on request) or FDA approved materials.
