Orienting and capsule machine MC 100 Orienting and capsule machine The MC 100 system is made up of a capsule orientation device and a capsule-filling machine mounted on the same conveniently sized base that can fit on any worktable. The capsule filling machine is equipped with a vibrating plate and pushers to facilitate the processing of powders, and the wide range of accessories allows for the processing of all capsule sizes, both traditional and DB Caps. The orientation device does not require any maintenance operation: as for the filling machine, cleaning the parts that come in contact with the powders is extremely easy. The orientation device and the filling machine can also be mounted on separate bases and, thanks to their reduced weight, they can easily be moved to serve the operator's needs.
