In turn, the manual filling machine MC 2 (also capable of processing capsule sizes from 000 t0 5) can open, fill and close up t0 100 capsules at a time. The capsule opening system has been tried and tested for more than twenty years and its building materials have been constantly updated, including recently: The kit to switch capsule size is made of a special patented resin (FRTACETAL), while stainless steel is used for the parts in contact with the product. The frame is made of anodized hard aluminum, to facilitate cleaning. Accessories are available for purchase to facilitate the preparation: both fixed and adjustable powder hoppers, pressure pushers in different sizes, and vibrating table PV 1 to facilitate the smooth and even descent of the powders into the capsules.
