The monoblock GP 2 is a machine of very high mechanical quality, extremely flexible and adaptable to the end user’s needs. The machine, that can be dedicated to the dosing of powders and capping of bottles, is equipped with a 16 positions starwheel driven by a Geneva wheel. The monoblock is equipped with a touch screen connected to a PLC with pre-defined operating procedures: to operate the machine, the operator just needs to insert the parameters related to the requested process. The powder filling and bottle capping mod. GP2 machine consists of: • Polished stainless-steel structure in AISI 304 comprising the electric engine and the Geneva Wheel that define the motion of the starwheel and the vertical motion of the powder dosing unit, together with the machine electric panel; • 1 mt long in-feed conveyor belt for introduction of one bottles at a time into the starwheel; • 16 positions starwheel for one bottle diameter; • Powder dosing system with auger in stainless steel AISI 316 with hopper; • External vibrating hopper with vertical regulation and horizontal linear vibrating slide to feed the starwheel with caps; the vibrating hopper is equipped with a removable cover in order to preserve cleanliness; • Capping station with single head to close the cap over the bottle at a time; • Discharge system for defective bottles (absence of cap, cap not perfectly closed); • Outlet belt for the filled and capped bottles. • Collecting plate of finished bottles with dimension 450x600 mm; • All the operations are set and controlled by a PLC and a touch screen; • Protection cover. All electric and pneumatic connections will pass through the 4 columns of the cover to keep the inner surface of the machine free of obstacles; • Max. mechanical speed of the machine 3.000 pcs/h. Hourly throughput: 2.500 pcs/h; • Machine equipped with Remote assistance capabilities. +39 055 8071085 | [email protected] | www.multigel.it Via Cimabue, 4/6, Loc. The slide is equipped with minimum and maximum charge sensors in order to switch on and off vibrations when needed. By means of the inlet conveyor belt, the bottles are carried to the 16 positions starwheel, where they are filled with powder by auger system. The starwheel is equipped with sensors to detect the correct position of the bottles inside the starwheel. Filled bottles go to the cap insertion station and then to the final capping station.
